Certified Translations

In some instances, an organization or government group will require certified translation services. These are most often needed for documents such as immigration paperwork, birth certificates, college transcripts, legal documents, etc. In some circumstances, notarized translations are required as well.

At MI Translations, we provide our clients with certified translations and notarized translation services whenever necessary. We ensure that your certified and notarized documents are delivered via either email or regular mail, and we offer rush delivery whenever it’s called for. We guarantee that 100% of our translations will be accepted inside the US, and that they meet all requirements set forth by the US government (including the USCIS), the legal profession, financial institutions, and universities.

Certified Translations

At MI Translations, we employ only experienced, professional translators, many of whom are certified by the ATA (American Translators Association) or other reputable translation accreditation organizations. If your translations will be used for legal purposes, you should know that several of our linguists are court-sworn translators.

Notarization

Notarization serves two purposes: it verifies the identity of the person signing the document, and it confirms the fact that the person signing the document understands what he or she is signing. Notarization is particularly common when dealing with immigration and legal paperwork, for example. At MI Translations, we are pleased to offer both certified and notarized translation services to our clients.
